This side of the falls is more of an extensive network of paths and trails taking you to within a touching distance of the falls. You'll venture to the furthest point and the largest and most spectacular of all of the cascades – The Devil's Throat (Garganta del Diablo). From here you will really feel the full force of the falls as they thunder and spray around you. The sound of the cascading water is almost impossibly loud! After your tour, the rest of your day is free to spend at leisure. You may opt to take a boat trip which can bring you close to the base of the falls and which can be a wet but entertaining experience. There are also some safari trails, allowing you to see the local flora and fauna such as coati, hummingbirds and toucans in the nearby sub-tropical rainforest.
