The beautifully maintained lawn space is ideal for events, accommodating up to 100 guests. Enjoy dual swimming pools for adults and children, a cozy fire pit lounge, and a charming gazebo with a built-in bar.
Modern amenities include a state-of-the-art home theatre system, an indoor-outdoor projector, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Villa Heliconia also offers BBQ setups, professional bartending, and full catering services upon request.

Pricing at Villa Heliconia
The villa is priced at Rs 45,000 plus GST per night. This includes 5 bedrooms with queen mattresses. The bed is big enough for 3 people to sleep on. If extra mattresses is required, you can let us know.
If extra mattress is required, it’s 750 + GST per bed. We have a total of 6 extra single mattresses.
The above price does not include food. Our caretaker is also a cook. We have a preset menu which is
- Rs 1500 for non veg
- Rs 1200 for veg
This includes snacks, dinner and breakfast
We also have a bbq service which is priced at
- Rs 650 for non veg and
- Rs 500 for veg
(Pineapple, corn, mushroom, onion, capsicum & Paneer + Chicken for non veg)

Itinerary
- Check-in to Homestay mid-morning around 12 PM.
- Take rest for some time
- Have lunch
- Enjoy beautiful nature and play games. Around 5:30 - 6 PM return to the homestay
- Get the warmth of the campfire post 6:30-7 PM.
- Post 8 PM have dinner and sleep
- Have breakfast
- Check-out and head to your city (or) continue with other activities and enjoy your day

Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be given after the booking
- Instead of a refund, a Credit Note will be shared with the customer which they can redeem within 1 year of the issued date
- Using the Credit Note, you are requested to book the homestay 15 days prior to your travel date
- Homestays accommodations are subject to availability
