  1. DAY 1 ARRIVE SAN JOSE

    On arrival in San Jose you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your stylish hotel for your overnight stay, where you can relax, recuperate from your flight and look forward to your imminent adventures.

  2. DAY 2 SAN JOSE - PACUARE RIVER

    Today your adrenaline-packed adventure starts, as you prepare for next two days crashing down the white water of the famous Pacuare River. You will be collected in the early morning and transferred to the entry point of the river. Here, you will enjoy a typical Costa Rican breakfast en route. After a safety briefing, it’s life jackets on, and after an hour and a half of class III rapids you arrive to your exotic jungle eco-lodge buried deep in tropical rainforest.

  3. DAY 3 ZIPLINING THROUGH THE CANOPY

    Awake to the soothing sounds of the jungle and nearby river giving you a real sense of being at one with nature. Today you embark on an adrenaline-fuelled adventure through the rainforest canopy. Enjoy the exotic beauty of the rainforest as you zip from tree to tree through the canopy on cables. This exhilarating experience is something that you will never forget. Return to the lodge for an afternoon of rest and relaxation.

  4. DAY 4 RAFTING ON THE PACUARE RIVER

    After a hearty breakfast, it’s back to another action-packed day on the water, as you ride the raging rapids of the Pacuare River (this time Class IV). The river meanders through primordial rainforest and steep gorges providing habitat to a huge variety of birds and mammals. If you are lucky you will observe monkeys and sloths in the canopy as you float downstream. At the river take-out you will have the chance to wash and change before transferring to Selva Bananito lodge.

  5. DAY 5 SELVA BANANITO

    Nestled in the virtually untouched region of the Talamanca Mountains, Selva Bananito is one of Costa Rica’s leading examples of ecotourism. Their private reserve acts as an important buffer zone for the International Park La Amistad and is brimming full of biodiversity. Today you will enjoy an adventure tour hiking up the Bananito riverbed, jumping into rock pools and abseiling down a waterfall. This is truly action-packed day.

    Today is free day as there are no activities planned. There are plenty of things to keep you occupied during your stay from hiking and horse riding in the rainforest, to bird watching or tree climbing to gain a bird’s eye view of the canopy. Whatever you decide to do you will not be disappointed.

  7. DAY 7 SELVA BANANITO - OSA PENINSULA

    Today your eco-adventure takes you across to the Pacific Coast to the Osa Peninsula – a brilliantly off-the-beaten-track part of Costa Rica. With spectacular views over the last remaining lowland tropical rainforest in Costa Rica and on to the glistening ocean, it is hard to imagine paradise as anything but this.

  8. DAYS 8-9 OSA PENINSULA

    Spend the next two days enjoying the pristine beauty of 1000-acre Lapa Rios private reserve on the Osa Peninsula. The Osa Peninsula is the only place in Costa Rica where you will encounter four species of monkey with the squirrel, spider, white-face capuchin and the notoriously noisy howler monkey. It is also a prime location for bird watching. Choose from a number of included activities in your stay; the early bird tour in search of birds and mammals or the Golpho Dulce tour in search of dolphins are just some of the exciting options.

  9. DAY 10 OSA PENINSULA - SAN JOSE

    Today you get the chance of to lie in before your late transfer connecting you with your flight back to San Jose. You will arrive late afternoon with a little time to reflect on your journey into the extraordinary, as tomorrow, you will return home, tanned, relaxed and refreshed.

  • It is mandatory to carry the original government-issued any valid ID cards for Indian nationals and original passports for foreign nationals.
  • Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen lotions.
  • T-shirt, shirt or blouse - long sleeves and collars help to protect from the sun and mosquitoes (Neutral or Non-bright colored)
  • Comfortable walking shoes (or boots) and socks.
  • Preventative pharmaceuticals.

Refund

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

 

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

 

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
