Itinerary
Arrive - Entebbe
Met upon arrival into Entebbe airport by your private 4x4 and safari guide you will be transferred a short distance to your accommodation where you have the chance to relax and prepare for the adventures of the next few days.
Entebbe - Kidepo National Park
Returning to the airport this morning you catch your onward internal flight northwards to the remote national park of Kidepo. Your flight departs at 1245hrs with your expected arrival at 1445hrs allowing sufficient time to settle into your new found lodgings and then set out on your first game drive this afternoon.
Kidepo National Park
Spend a full day exploring this beautiful park on morning and afternoon game drives. An oasis in the middle of a vast inhospitable region, Kidepo has a vast array of game on offer. Whilst perhaps not for the first time safari-goer, Kidepo is an African enthusiast’s dream destination. Located around the Kidepo and Narus Rivers, game is similar to that found in the Murchison Falls National Park including Oribi and often some great lion vs buffalo action if you are lucky! After your exciting day on safari, head back to your lodge to relax in your bush bath listening to the sounds of the wilderness.

A more leisurely pace today as you enjoy a guided nature walk through the park in the morning. This afternoon you set off to visit with the local people of the area, the Karamajong tribe.
Kidepo National Park - Entebbe
One final game drive this morning as you set off in the direction of the hot springs where you can sit and enjoy views out towards the mountains and the Sudanese border. Returning to the lodge for lunch you then transfer to the airstrip in time for your return flight back to Entebbe (1500/1630hrs) and your international flight back home. Alternatively extend your stay and set off deeper into Uganda or Rwanda to track the endangered mountain gorillas or transfer to the Indian Ocean for the ultimate in relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,
- Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
- Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
- Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted only by email.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
