  1. Arrival Day: Kilimanjaro international Airport or Namanga Border:

    You’ll be met by our ground handling team at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to the MOUNT MERU HOTEL, after check in, we will sit on round table have a briefing about the trip ahead you, answer your questions and let you get to relax at pool.

  2. Day 1 : Arusha - Tarangire National Park:

    Tarangire National Park is one of the hidden jewels of Tanzania. This park measures 2,600 sq kms and boasts a concentration of wildlife second only to Ngorongoro Crater. It features an impressive amount and array of bird life and plant life.

    In the morning, our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby, and then you will start your safari with a drive to the Tarangire National Park. The park is roughly the size of Luxemburg and covers an area of about 2,600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal swamps and giant baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve and the park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants. Not only are there thousands, but they are also relatively accustomed to vehicles so you will be able to get really close to them. Apart from elephants, the park is also home to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons and more than 500 types of birds. After an extensive game drive you will leave the park in the afternoon and drive to TARANGIRE SAFARI LODGE OR SOPA LODGE for your overnight stay.

  3. Day 2 : Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara National Park:

    Located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, incredible bird life, and breathtaking views.

    After breakfast you will travel from the Tarangire Area to the Lake Manyara National Park.The park is known for its over 400 bird species, primate-filled forests and grassy plains. A large area of the park is covered by the alkaline Lake Manyara, the seasonal breeding grounds for large colonies of flamingos and many more waterfowls. The park is also home to giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, impalas and groups of noisy monkeys and baboons. After an extensive game drive you will travel to the NGORONGORO FARM HOUSE or GIBBS FARM LODGE, where you will spend the night.

  4. Day 3 : Lake Manyara National Park - Lake Eyasi Bush Men:

    The area around Lake Eyasi is home to the Hadza and Watindiga bushmen, some of the last remaining hunter-gatherers on the continent. The bushman live in groups hunting with bow and arrows and gathering roots, tubers and wild fruits. Day-Trip to Lake Eyasi and visit the Hadzabe Bushmen, where you will learn how they hunt using bows and arrows made from the willow tree and how they gather their food. This tribe is very primitive and a visit to them is an unforgettable experience.

    The Datoga People are more sedentary as they practice agriculture and keep livestock. It is sometimes possible to see a group of men crafting metal arrowheads or earrings and bracelets using primitive hand bellows to stoke the open fires. Overnight at LAKE EYASI SAFARI LODGE.

  5. Day 4 : Lake Eyasi Bush Men- Serengeti National Park:

    Words cannot capture the vastness of the Serengeti. Its natural abundance of wildlife provides incredible game viewing. On the open, grassy savannah, antelope species include eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, topi and hartebeest. In the denser bush and acacia of the central Serengeti, leopard sightings are among the best in Africa, cheetah and lion are abundant. In the rivers, hippo and crocodile are plentiful.

    After breakfast we drive to Serengeti National Park, This park is famous for its migration of the wildebeest and it has got a lot wildlife abundance, the big cats such as Leopard, Cheetah and high concentration of lions and hyenas. Many other animals such as giraffe, zebra, impala, heart beast, buffalo, baboon and a lot more concentration of wildlife and bird species in the park. Enroute game drive with picnic lunch, later evening drive to SERENGETI SOPA LODGE or SERENGETI SERENA HOTEL for dinner and overnight.

  6. Day 5 : Serengeti National Park Full Day:

    The entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. The areas that you visit will depend upon where the migrating herds are. Predators usually follow closely behind the trekking animals and include lions, leopards (in the acacia trees) and cheetahs. During the short rainy season in November and December the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. During the longer rainy season from April to June they return up north. As the migration is completely dependent on the yearly rainfalls, the location of the herds may vary from year to year but your guide will know where to locate the animals and where to see them best. You will spend another night at last night’s hotel.

  7. Day 6 : Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area:

    After breakfast you will join another game drive in the Serengeti National Park and you might spot animals or wildlife event you haven’t seen during the last two days. After lunch at a picnic site, you will drive in direction of the Ngorongoro Crater; we will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution, then after our guide will continue drive you to the edge of the crater, the caldera opens up before you. This approximate 20 km wide crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to over 25,000 animals. You will drive to the NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE or NGORONGORO SERENA HOTEL, from where you can witness the sun set over the crater.

  8. Day 7 : Ngorongoro Crater Full :

    Often called the eighth wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in northern Tanzania boasts a blend of landscapes, wildlife, people and archaeology that is unsurpassed in Africa.

    After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro crater, descend the crater 2000ft deep for classic wildlife encounter, Breathtaking views of the crater and abundance wildlife viewing. Predators such as cheetah, lions, leopard, hyena and many other animals to be seen. Picnic lunch at Hippo Pool. Later evening drive to NGORONGORO FARM HOUSE or GIBBS FARM LODGE, where you will spend the night for dinner and overnight.

  9. Day 8 : Karatu Area - West Kilimanjaro Maasai:

    After breakfast, depart to your camp on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Hot Lunch at your camp with a spectacular view onto the open savannah. In the afternoon visit the local Masai Boma and learn about their tradition and their way of life. Overnight at KAMBI YA TEMBO LODGE.

  10. Day 9 : West-Kilimanjaro: Game Drives & Bush Walk

    Game Drives in Sinya, a private concession, which borders Amboseli National Park in Kenya. Elephants are regularly seen as they cross between the sumps of Amboseli and the acacia woodlands on Tanzanian ground in search for water and food. In the afternoon guided Bush Walk with a local Masai who will introduce you to the medicinal uses of different plants and provide a history of the area.Overnight at KAMBI YA TEMBO LODGE.

  11. Day 10 : Return to Arusha then Drive Back to Airport:

    After breakfast return to Arusha, visiting office for debriefing, relax on the office garden waiting for right time to drive and drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
