Shimla - Narkanda Adventure Tour

Shimla is on the south-western ranges of the Himalayas at 31.61°N 77.10°E. It has an average altitude of 2,206 metres (7,238 ft) above mean sea level and extends along a ridge with seven spurs. The city stretches nearly 9.2 kilometres (5.7 mi) from east to west.[20] Shimla was built on top of seven hills: Inverarm Hill, Observatory Hill, Prospect Hill, Summer Hill, Bantony Hill, Elysium Hill and Jakhoo Hill. The highest point in Shimla is the Jakhoo hill, which is at a height of 2,454 metres (8,051 ft). Narkanda is located at 31.27°N 77.45°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 2621 metres (8599 feet). Hatu Peak which is at 3400 m (11,155 ft} is 8 km from Narkanda. Kotgarh is 16 km from Narkanda and famous for apple orchards. Kumarsain which is 18 km from Narkanda is the nearest town and Narkanda comes under the administrative sub-division of Kumarsain.

  1. Day 1 : Delhi to Shimla

    • Our road trip to Shimla will start at 8:00pm rom Delhi.
    • Overnight journey to Shimla.
    • On arrival to Shimla, check in to hotel and visit Mall road. All visitors to Shimla inevitably walk down the Mall, the main promenade that runs along the top of the ridge-a busy shopping area with old colonial buildings, souvenir shops and restaurants. Overlooking it is the elegant Christ Church with its fine stained glass windows. The labyrinth o Shimla's bazaars spill over the edge of the Mall.(by your Own). Further down the day, you will head towards Tattapani which is famous for its hot sulphur springs. The water rom springs is said to posses medical value. Besides hot springs, Naldehra is mesmerizingly beautiful and tranquil. Overnight stay at Shimla.

  2. Day 2 : A Day in Shimla

    After breakfast head to Narkanda, reach Narkanda check into your hotel. Freshen up and we leave for famous Hatu Peak which gives a 360 degree view o the shivalik ranges and the lower Himalayas. Return back resort relax for a while and have your dinner and overnight stay.

  3. Day 3 : Narkanda

    We'll start with our breakfats and move towards the village or morning temple visit. We'll return from the riverside to have our lunch and towars the other side of the Baspa River or a short-day hike while enjoying the forest area along the Baspa River. Check out and we leave back for Delhi. Overnight journey.

Refund

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
