  1. Day 1: ARUSHA

    Met upon arrival at Arusha airport by your private driver and taken to Rivertrees Country Inn. Depending on your arrival time, you may wish to explore the Tanzanite Museum or arrange a half-day excursion through the beautiful montane forests of Arusha National Park.

  2. Day 2: ARUSHA - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

    Meet your guide and head off to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, experiencing a private overland drive to Lake Manyara National Park en-route whilst enjoying your picnic lunch. Look out for the tree climbing lions which are often sighted in the vast Lake Manyara before arriving at your lodge near the Ngorongoro Crater.

  3. Day 3: NGORONGORO CRATER

    An early morning start is suggested as you head towards the Ngorongoro Crater and onto the Crater floor to experience this wildlife spectacular. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the few places in Tanzania where you can see black rhino and many old tuskers, as well as lions and spotted hyena. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Ngoitokitok Springs then continue your explorations in the afternoon and search for the Big Five that roam the plains of this natural amphitheater. After your search, head back to the lodge and settle down for dinner ready for the next day's adventure.

  4. Day 4: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA - CENTRAL & SOUTHERN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

    Today you leave the Crater and head to the Serengeti National Park with your driver/guide and stop for a packed lunch at Olduvia Gorge, an archaeological excavation in the Ngorongoro Conversation Area. From here, venture to the Shifting Sands before reaching the Serengeti National Park. Here you can enjoy a game drive through the southern Serengeti; the Ndutu area, the southern plains and the Moru Kopjes. Look out for the vast wildlife including the migratory wildebeest and zebra, large cats, elephant, giraffe, Thomson gazelle and a host of other species. End your day by driving through the savannah plains to the incredible tented camp.

  5. Day 5 & 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

    Spend your days here enjoying incredible game drives through the Serengeti looking out for the big cats, elephants, giraffe, zebra and more. The Moru Kopjes are one of the last haunts of the endangered black rhino so ensure you spend some time looking out for these beautiful beasts in their natural habitat.

  6. Day 7: SERENGETI - VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK

    Enjoy an early morning game drive and lunch before being driven to the airstrip for your onward flight to Kigali. Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport (KGL), you will be met by your driver/guide and will have a chance to visit the extremely moving Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre before travelling north to Ruhengeri and the Volcanoes National Park, home to some of the world's few remaining mountain gorillas.

  7. Day 8: FIRST GORILLA TREK IN VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK

    An early breakfast today then off to the park headquaters at Kinigi to register and be allocated your gorilla family for your first day of gorilla tracking. Set out by vehicle and track these beautiful wild animals with your experienced guide who will use their knowledge and information from the previous day to locate the group's whereabouts.

  8. Day 9: FINAL GORILLA TREK - KIGALI

    Today is your final day of gorilla tracking! With an early start, you will make your way to the park headquaters and be assigned a ranger and a gorilla group. Tracking the gorillas can take anything from 4-8hrs and it really is the experience of a lifetime. After your day spent tracking, you will be driven back to Kigali and will check in to your hotel to relax for the evening.

  9. Day 10: KIGALI - VICTORIA FALLS

    This morning you will transfer to Kigali International Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival, you will be met by our local representative and driven to your accommodation with the rest of the day at your leisure.

  10. Day 11: VICTORIA FALLS

    Known by it's indigenous name, Mosi-oa-Tunya 'the smoke that thunders', Victoria Falls is classified as the largest waterfall in the world, with a width of 1.25 miles. Visit the breathtaking Victoria Falls or, for an aerial view, why not try a helicopter flight over the Falls - it is advised to book the helicopter flight in advance. Alternatives to this include white water rafting, a visit to the national park, a sunset cruise or an elephant back safari to name a few! If you'd rather relax, you can kick back at your nearby hotel.

  11. Day 12: VICTORIA FALLS - CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

    Today you will be picked up and transferred across the border to Botswana where you will present yourself at immigration and walk a short way with your bags to change vehicles. Your journey will then continue to Botswana, where you will be dropped off at your lodge near Chobe National Park. Depending on the time of your arrival, there may be time for an afternoon sunset cruise on the river or a game drive.

  12. Day 13: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

    Located in the north-east of the park, from June to November Chobe National Park is inundated with some of the largest buffalo and elephants herds on the African continent. Boat and sundowner cruises on the Chobe River add a different dimension to your experience as you glide past gigantic crocodiles, fish eagles, monitor lizards and elephants drinking. You will spend the morning and afternoon in Chobe National Park on game drives, boat cruises on Chobe River, village trips and guided bush walks.

  13. Day 14: CHOBE - KHWAI COMMUNITY RESERVE

    Today you will be driven to the airstrip for your flight to Khwai Community Reserve and, upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and driven a short distance to the camp, stopping en-route should you see anything interesting. After lunch at the camp, you will head out on your first game drive in this area in search of the big cats and other game that this area is renowned for.

  14. Day 15: KHWAI COMMUNITY RESERVE

    You will spend your time between the dryland habitats of the lead-wood and camel-thorn woodlands, and the savannahs and marshy back-waters of the Khwai. Time permitting, you may be able to visit the lagoons and waterways of Xakanaxa where the largest heronry in southern Africa exists. There is an excellent predator viewing in this area as well as fantastic bird viewing - including the rosy throated long claw.

  15. Day 16: KHWAI - OKAVANGO DELTA

    After your mornings game drive, you will transfer to the airstrip for an onward flight to Okavango Delta. Whilst flying, take in the aerial view of the wetlands of the Okavango Delta and its giraffe and elephants wandering aimlessly below. Activities include day and night drives, mokoro excursions, guided walks, fishing, motor boats and sunset cruises.

  16. Day 17: OKAVANGO DELTA

    A journey to the untouched Okavango Delta is one of jaw-dropping big game viewing, peace and tranquility. With a few visitors, you will feel as though you're one of the earliest explorers as you head out with your naturalist guide, whether by vehicle tracking the big predators, gliding through the waterways in a mekoro or even on foot!

  • It is mandatory to carry the original government-issued any valid ID cards for Indian nationals and original passports for foreign nationals.
  • Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen lotions.
  • T-shirt, shirt or blouse - long sleeves and collars help to protect from the sun and mosquitoes (Neutral or Non-bright colored)
  • Comfortable walking shoes (or boots) and socks.
  • Preventative pharmaceuticals.

Refund

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
