The picture-perfect blue water lake is surrounded by the majestic Dhauladhar Ranges in Kullu Valley and it is always kept as a secret in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. It is believed the Sage Parashar meditated on the banks of this lake, hence it is named as Parashar Lake. There is around floating island inside the lake, this floating land moves in all directions of the lake according to seasons. It is believed that the common natural phenomenon found all the around the world is same as Parashar Lake. The floating land covers 7% of the area of lake whereas water is with 93%.

It is located at a distance of about 55kms from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. As you climb the trails up, you will be meeting the local people and get the chance to know their indigenous culture closely. While on the ride to Prashar Lake, you will be going through the charming trails crossing the forests, several small water streams, mesmerizing views of Dhauladhar, Pir Panjal, and Kinnaur mountain ranges. Other than the lake you will be mesmerized by the beauty of the three-storied temple which is located on the bank of the lake.

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavour to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below, Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash. Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash. Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund. Cancellations will be accepted only by email. Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
