India’s largest multi-genre music festival has made its way to the magnificent hills of Meghalaya. Heading to its 3rd edition, the music festival has made it to the biggest in the region. Acts from top bands like Megadeth and Steven Wilson besides a number of top musicians from the country has attracted mass attendees since its beginning in 2015.
Overview
BACARDI NH7 Weekender makes it to the most trendy music festival in the region. Join us in Camp Zingaros this year and enjoy the magical tunes of Steve Vai.
After Weekender, we will take you for a short tour of Meghalaya. Meghalaya is blessed with waterfalls, lakes and natural ponds. The best way to enjoy the beauty of the state is to sit back and relax. Among various places in Meghalaya, Nongriat is the place to be in, where you can also see the famous double decker root bridge.

Terms and conditions
• The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all services and evict any camper without refund at any time if the actions are deemed to be in violation of camp rules
• Check out time is 12:00 hours..
• Slot at the campsite will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Only campers registered with Discover Northeast are allowed at the campsite. If you intend to bring a guest, you have to notify Discover Northeast in advance and a decision will be taken accordingly.
• All guests must have government authorized valid Identity Card to check in.
• Guests are requested to respect the local traditions and customs
• Discover Northeast does not take responsibility for any refund arising out of any natural or man-made calamities that may occur
• Discover Northeast won’t be responsible for loss and damage of goods belonging to the guests
• Any damage to tents, sleeping bags, pillows or any other material belonging to Discover Northeast in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional cost of Rs. 500/- for every item towards procurement charges
• Discover Northeast reserves the right to cancel, change the price, venue or inclusions with or without any prior notice to the guests if the situation demands.

Itinerary
Land in Guwahati by afternoon on the 26th of October 2017. Our driver will pick you up from Guwahati Railway Station/Airport. You will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel. You can explore the surrounding in the free time. Stay overnight.
After breakfast, we will head for our picturesque ride to the ‘Scotland of the east’ – Shillong. We will take halt at the famous ‘Umiam Lake’ on our way, where you can take some pictures for your memorable journey. Thereon we will continue our ride to the Festival venue, where your Camp Zingaros (Discover Northeast campsite) awaits you.
Get some rest in the prearranged tent, freshen up and enjoy your chit chats in front of the god chosen panoramic view. Head to the festival venue and relish the acts performed by esteemed singers. Come back to the campsite whenever you want.
This retreat is the perfect escape from the Urban Jungle, where you just relax, enjoy, listen to some music and do whatever you’ve wanted to. After breakfast, head out for another round of fantastic performances by some leading singers. Meet new people; get to know each our, feel the essence. After the performances, get back to the campsite; lay down yourself under the starlit sky, surrounded by woods with some bonfire or head to your tent.
After breakfast, hit the road with the Team Discover Northeast to the unexplored Shnongpdeng via Amlarem (90 km). The place hosts some astounding natural ponds with crystal clear water. We will go out for some sightseeing. You can also explore the surrounding by yourself, and have a cup of Lal Chai and some snacks can also be tried. Stay overnight.
After breakfast, we will start our venture to the ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’ – Mawlynnong. The village symbolizes more than the tag, the hospitality and gesture they provide can be cherished. On our way to Mawlynnong, we will take a halt in Dawki, a section of Umngot River – cleanest in the region. A boat ride in the famous Dawki river and then we will move on. Upon reaching, we will head to our home stay. Get freshen up and then we will explore the village and surroundings. Stay overnight.
After breakfast, bid adieu the ‘Abode of Clouds’- Meghalaya. We will end our beautiful journey by dropping you to the Guwahati Airport/Railway Station.
