Chitkul is a small village near Indo-China border in the Sangla Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Baspa river is the main source of water for this small village. The village is 28 km away from Sangla, it takes 2 – 3 hours to reach Chitkul from Sangla. It is situated at 3,450 meters above the sea level. During winters, the place remains covered with snow and the locals move to lower regions of Himachal. Chitkul, witness around -20 degree Celcius temperature beginning from the months of November till February.

Kalpa, another majestic town in the Sutlej river valley is situated at an altitude of 2759 meters from the sea level. It is around 14kms. from the District Headquarter Reckong Peo. Known for its Apple orchards and monasteries, Kalpa has all the characteristics of a heritage village. If you are lucky you will see one of the beautiful rainbows here. Exclusion
- • Meals which are not mentioned in the inclusions. • Any Travel expense to Delhi and Back. • Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone bills, tips etc. • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc to be borne by the client directly on the spot. • Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions. • Any entrance fee to the monastery and monuments. • Travel Insurance. • Security Deposit INR5000 per bike (refundable).

Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavour to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below, Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash. Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash. Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund. Cancellations will be accepted only by email. Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
