Arunachal Pradesh is such a charmer. Adorned with beautiful and unspoilt rivers, lakes, hills and valleys along with opulent wildlife and culture, this Northeastern state is indeed a dream travel destination in India. Arunachal Pradesh shares its southern boundary with Assam, and on its west is Bhutan, whereas, China makes the north and northeast border for the state, and the pretty little Myanmar snuggles the east. It covers a spectacular area of 83,743 sq km that is dotted with numerous rivers, lakes, forests, hill ranges, valleys, grasslands, and sweet little settlements.

One of the major tourism attractions in Arunachal Pradesh is the opportunity for adventure sports. This unperturbed and in a way raw state has powerful rivers like Lohit, Siang and Subansiri that offer incredible river rafting and kayaking experience. On the other hand, the hidden trails and unmatched places challenge trekkers to discover for themselves some surreal trekking destinations. Meanwhile, trails from Bhalukpong to Tawang via Dirang and Bomdila are perfect for motor biking adventures in Arunachal Pradesh.

  1. Day 1- Reach Dibrugarh, Tea Tour

    Our driver cum guide will receive you from the Dibrugarh Airport/Railway Station. From the Airport/ Railway Station you will transferred to the pre-booked hotel in Dibrugarh. After completing the check-in process, we will take you to explore the surroundings of the “tea city of India”. Stay overnight.

  2. Day 2 Drive to Pasighat, Ferry Ride in Brahmaputra

    After breakfast we will leave for Pasighat from Dibrugarh (154 km). The journey will be enthralling as it will also include a ferry ride in the mighty ‘Brahmaputra’ to reach Pasighat. The day is free for leisure activities. You can explore the surroundings on foot. Stay overnight.

  3. Day 3 Drive to Kekar Monying, Outdoor activities

    After breakfast we will be heading to explore the scenic beauty of Arunachal’s oldest town. The places covered will be Daying Ering Wildlife Sanctuary, Kekar Monying (a mountain cliff of historical importance). You may also opt for outdoor activities (rafting in River Siang). Stay overnight.

  4. Day 4 Drive to Mechuka

    After breakfast we will leave for Mechuka from Pasighat (290 km). The striking picturesque throughout the journey will make you fall for it. The distance covers many astonishing places in between where you can spend some time. On arrival, check into your hotel. Stay overnight.

  5. Day 5 Mechuka Sightseeing

    After breakfast we will leave to explore the forgotten paradise on earth. We will move to discover the historical and religious significance of the town. We will trek to the 400-year-old Buddhist Monastery, located at the hill top. The valley is 29 km from Indo-Tibet border, a nearby visit won’t disappoint. Adventure activities available on demand include trekking, hiking, rafting and angling. Stay overnight.

     

  6. Day 6 Return to Pasighat

    After breakfast we drive back to Pasighat (290 km). You may take a halt to enjoy the scenic beauty of the journey. On arrival, check into the hotel. The day is free for leisure activities. You can explore the surroundings on foot. Stay overnight

  7. Day 7 Return to Dibrugarh, Dibrugarh Sightseeing

    After breakfast we drive towards our final destination, Dibrugarh (154 km). Once again you will be able to enjoy your ferry ride in the mighty ‘Brahmaputra’. On arrival, check into hotel. You can explore the “tea city of India” in the free time. Stay overnight.

  8. Day 8 Onward Journey from Dibrugarh

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
