Trekking and trying different sorts of adventure sports in Uttarakhand is always fun because the state has a lot of small towns, hill stations and amazing trekking spots. The atmosphere o this state is as such that it attracts and entertains every kind of travelers. Surrounded by the Himalayan ranges on all sides, lying in the lap of the forests and having cozy atmosphere in ll its small towns is the forte of this state. Talking about the treks, the state has a lot of trekking destinations for the beginners as well as for the professional trekkers and one such amazing trek of the state is Brahma Tal trek. The Brahma Tal lake is the one where Lord Brahma is believed to have meditated. The trek is moderate level trek where the beginners as well the professionals can also go trekking. The peaks that you will be viewing from this trek are Chowkhamba, Nandaghuti, Trishul, Nilkantha, Hathi, Kamet and Godha peaks.

Day 1 : Kathgodam to Lohajung

The base camp o the Brahmatal Trek is the Lohajung. It is a 10 hour drive from Kathgodam to Lohajung. You will be crossing Nainital on the way and the entire route of this trek is scenic where you will be viewing the Garhwal mountains.
Day 2 : Lohajung to Bekaltal

The next destination is Bekaltal. The distance of the trek is 5.8 km and the time taken or this trek is around 5 hours. The difficulty o this trek is moderate which includes the orest patches on the well deined trails. You will come across Mandoli village which is a small village and is pretty.
Day 3 : Bekaltal to Brahma Tal

It is a 7 km trek and the time taken or this trek is around 6 hours. You will be coming across meadows while being on this trek followed by the Oak and the Rhododendron forests. This day you will visit the highest point o this trek which is at 11,500 feet.
Day 4 : Brahmatal to the top place and return back.

The trek on the 4th day is from Brahmatal to the top of the Brahmatal that is towards the peak. You will get the spectacular views of the Himalayas while being on the top. Mount Trishul and the Nandaghunti peak are the two prominent peaks to view from this place.
Day 5 : Return to Lohajung

On the 5th day, you will be following the same trek that you took while climbing. Following the same trek, you will return back to Lohajung.
Day 6 : Lohajung to Kathgodam.

Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,

Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
Cancellations will be accepted only by email.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
