Overview
Starting your safari at the world-famous Chobe National Park, explore this wildlife-rich park, particularly renowned for having the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Swiftly followed by Savute with its wilderness feel and the chance of spotting lions, wild dog, leopard and hyena, including a scenic game drive into the renowned Okavango Delta and the Moremi Game Reserve where a further impressive range of wildlife can be found. Rounding it all off is a light aircraft flight to Xaranna to enjoy a range of both land and water-based activities with a host of species on view such as buffalo, hippo and giraffe.

Itinerary
Chobe National Park
On arrival at Kasane Airport you will be met by your guide who will accompany you for the duration of your safari. You will be driven to a secluded campsite in Chobe National Park where you will spend the next two nights. Famed for its wildlife viewing, with the largest concentration of elephants in Africa, this will be a great way to start of your safari in Botswana. You will be able to enjoy game drives in the park as well as a boat cruise on the Chobe River which is bound to be a highlight of your safari.

Savute
You will continue your safari by venturing into the Savute area of the Chobe National Park for the following two nights. This area has a more wilderness feel and is known for its large prides of lion, wild dog, leopard and spotted hyena. You will go on game drives to explore the diverse landscape here, but can also visit volcanic outcrops and Bushmen paintings.

Moremi Game Reserve
Following your exploration of the Savute, you will embark on a scenic game drive into the Okavango Delta where you will spend the next two nights in the renowned Moremi Game Reserve on the banks of a seasonal waterway. This is one of the most impressive areas for game viewing and you will be spoilt by the assortment of wildlife sightings in the area with leopard, lion, wild dog, elephant, hippo, lechwe, kudu and giraffe all regularly seen.

Moremi – Xaranna
Today, at a time to be advised locally, you will be game driven to the Moremi Airstrip in time for your scenic light aircraft flight to Xaranna Airstrip. On landing, you will be met by your guide and game driven to Xaranna Tented Camp. On arrival, you will be met and introduced to the camp and enjoy lunch and a rest before going out on your first safari activity.

On safari at Xaranna Camp
Located in the heart of the Delta on a 272,500 hectare private concession, Xaranna Camp provides a remote, secluded and authentic safari experience. With professionally trained guides who will tailor your safari to your interests, you can expect to have a unique experience with each camp activity you go out on. Due to the diversity of the Delta's eco-system, you will have the chance to view a wide array of wildlife. From the elegant red lechwes and gentle giraffes to ferocious prides of lions and pods of hippos. Your time here will be occupied by morning and afternoon game drives, boating and mokoro experiences (seasonal, water-levels depending) and guided walking safaris.
Overnight: Xaranna Tented Camp (B, L, D)
Depart Botswana
This morning you will be game driven back to Xaranna airstrip in time for your light aircraft flight to Maun. Upon arrival, you'll be assisted to check-in for your onward international flight.

Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,
- Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
- Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
- Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted only by email.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
