Then we will guide you to the oldest standing monument of the place, the Byzantine church of the Virgin Mary located in the old town of Kalambaka. A church made in the early Christian period with ancient marbles embedded in its walls, which tells the history of the city with more than 27 centuries. Then we will visit the ancient hermitages of Badovas, learn the stories and legends and enjoy excellent views from the most panoramic places. As the sun begins to slowly descend, preparing to touch the mountain ridges, we will take you to the top of the Meteora rocks, in a magical place to enjoy the most captivating sunset views. Up there, sitting on the edges of the cliffs, you will feel the night breeze blowing on these cliffs. Let your senses explore moment by moment the attenuation of light as the sun disk sinks behind the mountains. This will be a perfect way to end a beautiful day in Meteora. After sunset, return to the accommodation.
