History of Sariska Sanctuary

Situated in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, Sariska Sanctuary is spread over an area of ​​about 866 square kilometers. This forest got the status of Wildlife Sanctuary in 1955 and in 1982 this wildlife sanctuary was declared a National Park. After this, this sanctuary was made a Tiger Reserve in 1978 under Project Tiger and thanks to Project Tiger, today you can hear the roar of 23 tigers in Sariska during wildlife safari.

Bus: To reach Sariska National Park by road You can take a bus from Jaipur, Jodhpur, and other cities of Rajasthan to Alwar, and from there you can reach Sariska National Park by taxi or you can also hire a cab from your city to reach the park directly.
