Kodi Beach is a famous tourist attraction. This beach is located close to the town of Kundapura. Kodi in Kannada actually means shore. This beach is surrounded by water on three sides. At this beach, the River Suvarna enters the Arabian Sea and thus this beach is also called Delta Beach. One can watch a good sunrise and sunset at this beach. The atmosphere at this beach is also quite pleasant. There is also a small port here for fisheries. However one cannot swim in the water here as it is not safe. Close to this beach, one finds villages where the people are engaged in the occupation of fishing. The tourist can visit these villages and get to know a lot more about the village life there. This place is also very famous for toddy and delicious seafood.

The Mangalore Airport is located close to this beach. From the airport, one can take a bus or a taxi to reach this place. The Kundapura Railway station is close to this beach. From the railway station, one can take a bus or a taxi to reach this place. There are many buses that one can take to reach this place. If not by bus one can also travel by taxi or even an auto-rickshaw to reach the beach. The best time to visit this beach is from the months of October to March.

Shree Kundeshwara Temple Dedicated to Lord Kundeshwara, believed to be built by Kundavarma. The idol is made of black stone kept in the Garbhagriha. There's also a 4 feet high Shiva Linga, 75% visible, rest under the earth. Other deities like Lord Ganesha and Goddess Parvathi worshipped. Kundeshwara Deepotsava festival celebrated grandly.
Maravanthe Beach Located between the Arabian Sea and Souparnika River. Golden sand, palm trees create a serene atmosphere. Famous for water sports. Nearby Maraswamy Temple worth visiting.
Uppinakudru Known as Salt Island, historically a center for trading salt and seafood. Houses ancient temples like Lord Gopala Krishna Temple, Lord Vasudeva Temple (the oldest), Siddi Vinayaka Temple. Also, various Mutts like Gopinath Mutt, Ganpati Mutt, Devi Mutt.
Kadavinakatta Dam Constructed across Venkatapur river in Bhatkal town to meet water supply requirements. Surrounded by greenery. Not safe for swimming. Adjacent to the dam, a temple dedicated to Goddess Durga. Best time to visit during the rainy season.
Kethapayya Narayana Temple Built in Vijayanagara architectural style. Engravings and sculptures of Vijayanagara Kingdom. Navaranga with Ashtadikpalakas statues. Walls adorned with engravings from Ramayana, Rama Pattabhishekam, Putra Kameshti, etc. Dhwaja Stambha at the entrance. Carving of Kheta Pai, a temple supporter, present.
Murudeshwar Features Netrani Islands, also known as Pigeon Island, with pigeons, wild trees, and curved rocky formations. Best diving and snorkeling site in India due to corals and clear water. Scuba diving and courses available.
Kasarkod Beach Eco-friendly beach developed from a park to promote eco-tourism. Covers approximately 5 kilometers with white sand and casuarina trees. Blue flag certification received. Facilities include a solar power plant, solid waste treatment plant, greywater treatment plant, children's play area, etc. Ideal for a scenic walk.
