Sri Kundeshwara Temple: The temple is dedicated to Lord Kundeshwara, a form of Lord Shiva. It is believed that this temple was built by Kundavarma. Close to this temple is the River Panchagangavali. In the Garbhagriha one finds an idol of Lord Kundeshwara which is made of black stone. There is also a Shiva Linga here which is approximately 4 feet high. However, only 75% of this Linga is visible and the rest of the Linga is below the ground. In this temple, there are other deities too who are worshipped. They are Lord Ganesha and Goddess Parvathi. The Kundeshwara Deepotsava Festival is celebrated here on a grand scale and many people visit this temple during the festival.

Om Beach: It is located in Gokarna. This beach is called On beach because it gets its name from its shape which is because of two semi-crescents joined together. One can watch a good sunrise and sunset at this beach. Tourists can also indulge in water sports here like surfing, speed boating, etc. The visitor can also enjoy boating at this beach. There are black rock formations at this beach and this attracts all the more tourists. One can also enjoy swimming in the water here. At this beach, there are also eateries, cafes, and also shacks that offer accommodation at a reasonable price.

Paradise Beach: is another famous tourist attraction. It is also called Full Moon Beach. This beach is located at Gokarna. Almost 70% of this beach is covered with rocks. The other remaining part of this beach has beautiful clean white sand. The length of this beach is approximately 150 metres. One can enjoy a good swim here in the water. In order to reach this beach, one has to hike or one can also take a motorboat to reach here. This beach is also an ideal spot for camping because of the freshwater well that is on this beach. The water from the well is safe to drink. During the night one can spot small groups of foreign travelers who camp here at this beach and also cook their own meals. The atmosphere at this beach is very calm and peaceful.

Yana: This is the place where one finds huge crystalline-like rock formations. It is also a good spot for nature lovers and trekkers. One has to trek to reach the foot of the mountain where they will get to see the beautiful Bhairaveshwara and Jaganmohini peaks. Below these peaks, one finds a cave temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. These crystalline-type rocks are made of limestone and they have turned blackish-brown now. On the rock surface, one also finds a lot of beehives. One can also enjoy bird watching here as many birds from nearby areas come here. The trekker can also visit the Vibhooti Waterfall too.

Sri Mahabaleshwara Temple: It is a sacred Hindu Temple and also an important pilgrimage site. This temple has preserved the Atmalinga or Prana Linga of Lord Shiva. The temple is made using the Dravidian style of architecture. It is made of white granite stones. In the temple, one finds a Shiva Linga which is approximately 6 feet tall and it is enclosed in a square which is called Saligrama Peetham. There is also a 1500-year-old carved stone image of Lord Shiva here that people worship. The Shivaratri festival is celebrated here on a grand scale.
